Installer looses focus

Description

Testing the installer on Windows XP, I noticed that the installer window vanished after I clicked "No" when I was asked whether I wanted to see the release notes. Of course, the installer was still running and active, but it was hiding behind another window (my unzip program).

The 1.0.1 RC1 installer will try to bring the installer window to the front if the release notes are not shown. (In some situations Windows might just flash the task bar button instead of putting the installer window on top of the other windows?).

This problem seems to have been solved in v1.0.1.
